Jenner who had spent 7 years as a partner of a firm in Central Milton Keynes.
The offices are located at 245 Queensway, Bletchley. The firm acts for a variety of different types and size of business from the small business operating from home to UK based subsidiaries of overseas companies.
In addition to Graham, the team consists of 5 members of staff including 1 qualified accountant.

It is sometimes the case that the best option is to leave the business as it is for now, but that a change will be beneficial in the future and in these circumstances we continue to monitor the position so that we can advise on the best time to change the status of the business.
All you need to do is forward any forms which come through to you from HM Customs and Revenue, advise us of the amount of pay for each employee for each pay period and provide details of any starters or leavers.
Because we deal with a number of payrolls using our computerised payroll system, we believe we can provide a cost effective solution to the problem of dealing with payroll so that you can get on with other aspects of running your business.
However, we appreciate that some clients do like to deal with the payroll themselves and we can arrange for guidance to be provided by one of our payroll staff when you first set up your payroll and can also provide on going support should you need it.
2. You could use the services of a bookkeeper and we can liaise with the bookkeeper to ensure that the accounting records being maintained are both reliable and provide meaningful information to you about the day-to-day operation of your business.
3. It may be possible for you to simplify the bookkeeping procedures so that you can continue to maintain them yourself, but the amount of time involved will be reduced. We appreciate that maintaining the accounting records is not necessarily a priority when you have other pressing business matters to be dealt with. It may be that a computerised system would help reduce the amount time spent on the bookkeeping or it may be that a simplified manual system would be more appropriate.
